Yonidae

This is a concept I've had in my head for some time and after watching Pom Poko, I decided to dig it back up.

This design needs a tiny bit of an explanation, it's the same Tanuki but it has two forms. Firstly, the
darker coloured coat is its ordinary "Raccoon" form, y'know just for going around normal business. Unlike
other tanukis, he can't transform but is able to change his colours to resemble a fox by playing a certain
tune on his magical ocarina. His mask is ONLY worn in his fox mode, it's a kitsune mask to make him appear
more fox like. The reason why he has two modes is because he is incredibly mischevious, he'd rather blame
things on the foxes.

Their name is yonidae, stolen from the word "Procyonidae" it's the family raccoons belong to. Oni for short!
Aaand, one last thing. He is a TANUKI, not a raccoon. He is digitigrade, not plantigrade.
